In theory, this could significantly broaden participation in wealth creation by lowering entry barriers to asset ownership.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"978\">But the next phase of tokenization requires more than simply placing assets on-chain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"980\" data-end=\"1309\">For tokenized assets to function as legitimate components of capital markets, they must be <strong data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1157\">legally enforceable, structurally sound, and compliant with regulatory frameworks.<\/strong> Without these foundations, tokenization risks becoming little more than digital packaging rather than a meaningful transformation of ownership systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1357\">This is where infrastructure becomes critical.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1700\"><strong data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1460\">RWAP Technologies is focused on addressing the structural gaps in today\u2019s tokenization landscape.<\/strong> By developing systems that incorporate title-linked tokenization, programmable compliance, escrow logic, and cap table continuity, RWAP is building infrastructure designed to connect blockchain efficiency with legally recognized ownership.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1900\">Real-world assets\u2014particularly real estate\u2014require more than liquidity mechanisms.
